Description

This study evaluates the effect of various MD vaccine protocols on the chicken embryo immune responses. Transcription of toll like receptors (TLR-3, TLR-7, and TLR-21) and interferon receptors (IFN-AR1 and IFN-AR2) were evaluated in embryonic tissues of 1 day-old chickens vaccinated at ED18 with HVT, HVT+SB-1, CVI988, or sham inoculated.
