Description

In this study we have evaluated replication of MD vaccines (HVT, rHVT-ND, SB-1, and CVI988) in turkey embryos. Vaccine replication was evaluated in bursa, spleen, thymus, and lung at 1-3 days post vaccination (dpv). Our results show that all evaluated vaccines replicated in the turkey embryos as early as 1dpv.
